FAENA HOTEL & UNIVERSE

Mr. Faena is a visionary real estate developer in the USA and Latin America. He hired us after 3 previous design studios failed to meet his expectations. We started to work at this ritzy hotel in a converted warehouse in posh Puerto Madero, complimenting features from Philippe Starck’s designed interior.

Encouraged by Faena's challenging ideas and inspiring vision, our first proposal was to create a master project plan, which covered from day 0 to the last design application in 2 years time. Based on the plan, we designed and project managed the production of ammenities, graphic communication, uniforms and furniture design for the Hotel & Universe.​
